OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (IF ANY), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
